Guava jelly with strawberry recipe
Ingredients:10 pieces of guava cut in half and without seeds1 liter of water
1 stick of cinnamon
1 cup of strawberry washed and disinfected
1 can of evaporated milk
1 can of condensed milk
190 grams of cream cheese
1 cup of whipping cream
4 sachets of hydrated gelatin
1 cup of guava to decorate
1 cup of hydrated strawberryDirections:In a pot over medium heat, cook the guavas with the water and cinnamon for 10 minutes, strain and reserve.
Blend the guavas, strawberries, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cream cheese, whipping cream, add the melted gelatin.
Pour into a gelatin mold and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until set.
Unmold and decorate with guavas and strawberries.
