Stuffed coconut pudding recipeIngredients:
1 and 1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1/2 cup sugar
100 gr cream cheese (can be substituted for butter)
Dulce de Leche w/nPreparation:
Melt the butter and add the rest of the ingredients, beating vigorously / Let the preparation cool for 15 minutes in the fridge / In a well-greased mold (if you want with non-stick paper) place half of the mixture, put the dulce de leche and cover again leaving place for it to grow / Bake at medium temperature approximately 20 minutesDecor:
Cover with dulce de leche and grated coconut on top.
