Red fruit jelly with cream recipeIngredients:
For the gelatin:
1 box of powdered strawberry gelatin
1 box of powdered cherry gelatin (you can make it colored and use the flavor you want)
2 cups of hot water
2 cups of ice waterFor the cream:
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of hot water
1 cup nest milk
1 packet of unflavored gelatin
3 tablespoons of water
1 box of milk creamDirections:Preparation of the gelatin:
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in 1 cup of hot water. Add 1 cup of cold water and mix.
Pour into a medium baking dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Repeat the same procedure with the other flavors. Once it is firm, cut it into cubes.Preparation of the cream:
In a blender, place the sugar, hot water, powdered milk and beat for 10 minutes.
Hydrate the gelatin according to the package instructions and add it to the mixer mixture. Add the cream and beat for 5 minutes.
Put 1/3 of the cream in a medium-height or silicone baking dish, place the jellies into cubes and pour the rest of the cream.
Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until firm.
