Little Red Riding Hood cake recipe

Ingredients:
Dimensions are for rectangular baking trays.

Bottom cake:

300 g soft butter
225 g granulated sugar
Depending on the size of 5 or 6 eggs
400 g flour
1 packet of baking powder
4 spoons of cocoa
50 ml of milk
2 jars of canned cherries

Medium cream:

1 kilo of strained yogurt
1 pack of plant gelatin (agaragar)
500 ml liquid cream
2 packs of cream hardener
1 glass of sugar

Top:

Juice of can of cherry 500 ml
2 packages of red tart jelly (or 2 tablespoons of starch)
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar

Instructions:
First of all, soft margarine and sugar are mixed with a mixer until they become creamy. Then, each egg is added one by one, mixing for a few seconds each. Add sifted flour and baking powder. It is mixed until completely smooth and 1/3 of it is evenly spread on a greased tray. Add cocoa and milk to the remaining mortar and mix thoroughly in the mixer. The cocoa mortar is spread evenly on the mortar in the tray. The cherries, whose juice we strained into a pot beforehand, are arranged on the tray at intervals and baked in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes and left to cool.

It is prepared according to the recipe on the agar for its cream. Let it cool a little. The liquid cream is whipped with sugar and cream hardener until it solidifies. Add quark and whisk until well mixed. Finally, the slightly cooled gelatin is stirred continuously and added spoon by spoon and the cream is made ready. Then spread evenly all over the cooled cake. It is taken to a cool place.

Top part: If the water we filter from the can is less than 500 ml, it is completed by adding water. After adding tart jelly or starch and sugar on it, it is taken to the stove. Cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens. It is kept waiting after being taken from the stove. When it is slightly warm, it is poured slowly over the cream and can be served after waiting for at least 4 hours in the refrigerator or a cold place to freeze. Recommendation: You can wait 1 night.
