Materials:

  • 2 skeins of baby yarn (in your desired color)
  • Size 8 knitting skewers
  • Tapestry needle
  • Scissors
Step 1: Cast on 56 stitches.

Step 2: Knit 6 rows in garter stitch.

Step 3: Start the floral bouquet pattern by knitting the following rows:

Step 5: Knit two rows in stockinette stitch.

Step 6: Bind off all stitches.

Step 7: Sew the front and back of the sweater together at the shoulders.

Step 8: Pick up stitches along the armhole and knit two rows in stockinette stitch.

Step 9: Start knitting the floral bouquet pattern again. Repeat rows 2 to 4 until the floral bouquet pattern reaches 5 inches.

Step 10: Knit two rows in stockinette stitch.

Step 11: Bind off all stitches.

Step 12: Sew the sleeves onto the body of the sweater.

Step 13: Pick up stitches along the neckline and knit two rows in stockinette stitch.

Step 14: Bind off all stitches.

Step 15: Sew the sides of the sweater together.
