Caramel pavement recipeIngredients:
1 can of condensed milk
1 can of milk
1 can of sour cream
6 tablespoons of sugar
1/2 cup sweetened milk
3 tablespoons of chocolateDirections:
Mix the condensed milk, the yolks, the milk and cook.
Place in a Pyrex fountain, pour the milk mixed with the chocolate over the cream, then 4 chopped caramels (Reserve).
Beat the egg whites with the sugar and add the cream.
Pour over the reserved cream and cover with the rest of the chopped chocolates.
Place in the freezer.
Remove a few minutes before serving.
