Slow Cooker Alpine Pork Chops Ingredients:
4 boneless center-cut pork chops, about 5 oz each
1 (10.5 oz) can Campbell’s Healthy Request Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Swanson Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth
3/4 cup Sargento Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp McCormick Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Morton Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp McCormick Black Pepper
1 tsp Filippo Berio Olive Oil
Slow Cooker Alpine Pork Chops Directions:
Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
Season pork chops with kosher salt and black pepper.
Brown pork chops for 2–3 minutes per side.
In a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker, stir together cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, Swiss cheese, onion, garlic, and dried thyme.
Place browned pork chops into the slow cooker.
Spoon sauce over the pork chops.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours, or until pork chops are tender and cooked through.
Stir the sauce gently before serving.
Spoon sauce over each pork chop and serve warm.
