Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Chai Latte Cake Directions:

Spray the inside of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk the dry yellow cake mix and 1 1/2 cups prepared chai latte for 45 seconds, until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared slow cooker and spread it into an even layer with a spatula.
Place the 2 tbsp ground cinnamon in a small bowl.
Sprinkle 1 tbsp cinnamon evenly over the top of the batter.
Use the tip of a butter knife or skewer to gently swirl the cinnamon into the top layer of the batter using loose figure-eight motions.
Sprinkle the remaining 1 tbsp cinnamon over the surface and lightly swirl again, leaving visible cinnamon streaks on top.
Cover the slow cooker with the lid.
Cook on HIGH for 1 hour 30 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes, or on LOW for 3 to 4 hours, until the cake is set in the center and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out with moist crumbs.
Turn the slow cooker to WARM and let the cake sit, covered, for 10 minutes.
Scoop the cake warm directly from the slow cooker into 10 equal servings.
