Tuna Melts Directions:

Preheat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.

Add drained tuna to a small mixing bowl.

Stir in mayonnaise, chopped celery, onions, salt, and pepper until fully combined.

Spray one side of each bread slice with 4 sprays of butter spray.

Place half of the tuna mixture on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread.

Add one slice of cheddar cheese over the tuna and close with another slice of bread, buttered side facing out.

Transfer the sandwich to the pan and cook until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.

Repeat with the remaining ingredients for the second sandwich.

Serve warm.
