Slow Cooker BBQ Beef Brisket Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 425°F.

  • In a small bowl, combine all rub ingredients.

  • Pat the rub mixture all over the brisket, coating evenly on all sides.

  • Place the brisket on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

  • Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.

  • Meanwhile, whisk together the bouillon cube, water, BBQ sauce, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.

  • Pour the sauce mixture into the slow cooker.

  • Transfer the seared brisket into the slow cooker.

  • Cover and cook on low heat for 8–10 hours.

  • Flip the brisket halfway through cooking.

  • Once done, remove the brisket, shred it with two forks.

  • Brush additional BBQ sauce on the shredded meat if desired.

  • For a caramelized finish, broil the shredded meat for 3–5 minutes before serving.
