Slow Cooker Apple Onion Pork Chops Directions:
Lightly coat a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread the sliced onions evenly across the bottom of the slow cooker insert.
Arrange the sliced apples in an even layer over the onions.
Place the pork chops on top in a single layer, slightly overlapping only if needed.
Pour the apple juice evenly around and over the pork chops so the liquid settles into the bottom of the cooker.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 6 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours.
Check that the pork is tender and has reached an internal temperature of 145°F, then let it rest in the cooker for 5 minutes.
Transfer 1 pork chop to each plate and spoon 3/4 cup of the apples, onions, and pan juices over the top.
Serve hot straight from the slow cooker.
