Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Pork Chops and Gravy Directions:
Lightly coat the inside of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray.
Lay the pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker in an even layer, overlapping slightly if needed.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the reduced-fat cream of chicken soup and reduced-sodium dry pork gravy mix until smooth and thick.
Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the pork chops, spreading it so each chop is covered.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours, or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until the pork chops are very tender and easily pull away from the bone.
Gently stir the gravy around the edges to smooth it out and mix in the pork juices.
Serve the pork chops hot with plenty of creamy gravy spooned over the top. Add black pepper at the table, as desired.
