Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Maple Glazed Chicken Directions:

Lightly coat the inside of a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Arrange the chicken breasts in a mostly even single layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Whisk the maple syrup and Dijon mustard in a small bowl until completely smooth.
Pour the maple-Dijon mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 4 hours 30 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165°F internally.
Remove the lid and spoon the glaze from the bottom of the slow cooker over the chicken.
For a thicker glaze, transfer the chicken to a plate, leave the slow cooker uncovered, switch to HIGH, and cook the sauce for 12 minutes, stirring twice.
Return the chicken to the slow cooker and spoon the reduced glaze over the top.
Serve hot, with 1 chicken breast and 1/4 cup glaze per serving.
