Lightly coat the inside of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Spread about 1/2 cup of marinara sauce across the bottom.
Arrange a single layer of frozen ravioli over the sauce, allowing only slight overlap.
Spoon enough marinara over the ravioli to cover them, then sprinkle with a layer of mozzarella.
Continue layering the ravioli, sauce, and mozzarella until all the ingredients are used.
Finish with the remaining marinara and mozzarella, making sure the ravioli are fully covered.
Cover and cook on LOW for 3 1/2–4 hours, until the ravioli are tender and heated through. Avoid lifting the lid during cooking.
Preheat the broiler to HIGH.
Transfer the cooked ravioli to a broiler-safe casserole dish. Do not place the slow-cooker insert under the broiler unless the manufacturer confirms it is broiler-safe.
Broil for 2–4 minutes, watching closely, until the mozzarella is bubbling and lightly browned in spots.
Let the ravioli rest for 10 minutes before serving.
