  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced against the grain (ButcherBox)

  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Argo cornstarch

  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced (Vidalia)

  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced (any color, Green Giant)

  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced (Green Giant)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced (Spice World)

  • 1 tbsp ginger, minced (Spice World)

  • ½ cup Swanson beef broth (50% less sodium)

  • 2 tbsp Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce

  • 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp Kikkoman hoisin sauce

  • 1 tbsp Marukan rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp Domino sugar

  • 1 tbsp Argo cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (cornstarch slurry)

  • ¼ tsp McCormick black pepper
