Pumpkin Bars with Cream Cheese Frosting Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar substitute, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger, cloves, and nutmeg.
  3. In another bowl, mix the eggs, pumpkin puree, and unsweetened applesauce until well combined.
