  • Make the Dough:

    • Gradually add warm water, stirring to form a soft dough. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
    • Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Prepare the Filling:

    • In a small bowl, mix the squeezed daikon radish, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and green onions.
  • Assemble the Buns:

    • Divide the dough into small, equal-sized pieces (about 8).
    • Roll each piece into a small circle.
    • Place a spoonful of the radish filling in the center of each circle.
    • Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  • Pan-Fry the Buns:
