Oven Baked 4-Ingredients Bacon Wrapped Potato Wedges Directions:

Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3 long wedges.
Place the potato wedges in a large bowl.
Sprinkle with kosher salt and smoked paprika.
Toss until evenly coated.
Cut the bacon slices in half crosswise.
Wrap each potato wedge with 1 half-slice of bacon, overlapping the ends underneath.
Place the wrapped wedges seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 25–30 minutes.
Flip each wedge with tongs.
Bake for another 10–15 minutes, until the bacon is crisp and the potatoes are tender.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
