Oven Baked 3-Ingredient Creamy Mushroom Pork Chops Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 2–3 quart casserole dish.
Pat pork chops dry and arrange in a single layer in the dish.
In a bowl, stir together the cream of mushroom soup and drained sliced mushrooms until fully combined.
Spread the mushroom mixture evenly over the pork chops, coating the tops and filling the spaces between them.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake covered for 50 minutes, until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
Remove foil and bake uncovered for 12 minutes to slightly thicken the sauce.
Let rest in the dish for 8 minutes before serving.
Serve 1 pork chop with about 1/2 cup mushroom gravy per serving.
