Lemon Cream Cheese Bread Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, sugar, and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the lemon zest and lemon juice.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Gradually add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir just until combined.
Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 to 60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the loaf comes out clean.
