Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Pockets Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 6 equal rectangles.

  • If using, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on one side of each rectangle.

  • Top with a small portion of ham and sprinkle cheese over. Season with black pepper.
