Easy Molasses Buns Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine almond milk, egg, molasses, cinnamon, and baking soda. Stir until blended.

  • Add Swerve and butter; mix thoroughly. Warm the mixture in the microwave for 40 seconds.

  • Add flour and stir until a soft dough forms.

  • Form dough into balls and arrange in a greased baking dish.

  • Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  • Optional: Add 1/2 cup raisins before baking for a fruity variation.

  • May also be baked in muffin pans for individual portions.
