1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ tsp minced garlic or 1 tsp garlic powder
4 ( 4 oz.) boneless, skinless chicken, thinly sliced chicken breasts
8 slices precooked Hormel precooked black label bacon- cooked in microwave for 60 seconds
4 Tbsp sugar free bbq sauce - Sweet Baby Ray's sugar free BBQ sauce or G Hughes sugar free BBQ sauce
2 oz. reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese, I use Trader Joe’s lite 3 cheese blend
green onions, sliced and diced for garnish
diced tomatoes, for garnish
