3-Ingredient Brown Ale Pork Chops Directions:
Pat the pork chops completely dry with paper towels.
Arrange the pork chops in a single layer in the bottom of a 5–6 quart slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry onion soup mix evenly over the pork chops.
Pour the brown ale slowly along the edges of the slow cooker so the seasoning remains on top of the meat.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 3.5 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the meat is fork-tender.
Carefully remove the pork chops with tongs and spoon the cooking juices over the top before serving.
For a thicker sauce, transfer 1 cup of cooking liquid to a saucepan and simmer over medium heat for 8 minutes, then pour over the pork chops.
