Two needle super knitting pattern

To make two skewers or knitting needles, you'll need two wooden dowels or bamboo skewers that are straight and sturdy. Here's how you can turn them into knitting needles:

Materials:

Two wooden dowels or bamboo skewers of the same length
Sandpaper (optional)
Tape
Scissors
Yarn
Instructions:

Start by sanding the tips of the skewers or dowels, if they are rough, using sandpaper. This will prevent the yarn from catching or snagging while you knit.

Take one skewer and tape one end with a small piece of tape to prevent the stitches from slipping off the end.

Hold the taped end of the skewer in your dominant hand, and use the other hand to wrap the yarn around the other end of the skewer. Wrap the yarn around the skewer a few times, leaving a tail that is about six inches long.

Hold the yarn and the skewer together with your dominant hand. Use your other hand to bring the yarn over the top of the skewer and down between your thumb and the skewer.

Slide the tip of the other skewer under the yarn between your thumb and the first skewer.

Use the second skewer to bring the yarn over the top of the first skewer, and down between your thumb and the first skewer.

Slide the first skewer out from under the yarn and hold the new loop in your dominant hand.

Repeat steps 4-7 until you have the desired number of stitches on your skewers.
