  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
