Weight Watchers-Friendly Hawaiian Cheesecake Salad Directions:

In a medium bowl, use an electric mixer to whip the reduced-fat cream cheese (or Greek yogurt) until smooth. If using Greek yogurt, it might need a little more mixing.
Add the sugar-free instant cheesecake pudding mix and beat until well combined. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of unsweetened almond milk or skim milk to loosen it.
Gradually add the remaining milk, about a tablespoon at a time, and continue to mix until smooth and well combined.

In a large bowl, mix together the strawberries, oranges, pineapple, kiwi, and mango.

Gently fold the cheesecake mixture into the fruit until evenly coated.

In a small bowl, combine the banana coins with lemon juice. Toss to coat, then drain the excess lemon juice.
Gently fold the banana slices into the fruit and cheesecake mixture.

Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
