Ultimate Chicken Casserole Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  • Cook the pasta to al dente according to the package directions, drain, and set aside.

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add diced turkey bacon. Cook until crispy, then transfer to paper towels to drain.

  • Remove all but 1 tablespoon of bacon drippings from the skillet. Add diced onions and minced garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together cream of chicken soup and unsweetened almond milk until smooth.

  • Fold in cooked pasta, turkey bacon, onion mixture, corn, chicken, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.

  • Pour the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and sprinkle the French fried onions evenly on top.
