  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small loaf pan or square baking dish with parchment paper.

  • Grate apples and mash the banana in a bowl.

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, grated apples, mashed banana, water, dried blueberries, and raisins.

  • Add cinnamon, vanilla, and a pinch of salt if using. Mix thoroughly.

  • Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes to soften the oats.

  • Bake for 30–40 minutes until lightly golden and fully set.
