Strawberry Cheesecake Oatmeal Bake Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.

  • Beat the fat free cream cheese until completely smooth. Add powdered sugar, almond milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully combined.

  • In a large bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk almond milk, Greek yogurt, melted butter, granulated sugar, egg, egg white, and vanilla extract until smooth.

  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined.

  • Fold in the chopped strawberries.

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
