Southern Peach Cobbler Ingredients:

  • 5 cups sliced peaches, peeled and pitted (fresh or thawed frozen – Dole Sliced Frozen Peaches)

  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar (Whole Earth Allulose Baking Blend)

  • 1/3 cup brown sugar (Truvia Brown Sugar Blend)

  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon (McCormick)

  • 1/8 tsp ground nutmeg (Spice Islands)

For the topping:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour)

  • 1 tsp baking powder (Rumford)

  • 1/3 cup hot water
