Place squares on the prepared baking sheet, spacing evenly.
Place one 1/2-inch cube of brie in the center of each square.
Top each with 1/2 teaspoon peach preserves.
Optional: pinch two opposite corners toward the center for a slightly enclosed shape.
Bake for 14 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
Cool for 7 minutes before serving.
