In a small bowl mix brown sugar and cinnamon until evenly combined.
Pour melted butter over the dough loaves to coat the surface.
Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly over the buttered dough.
Cover with lid and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours until dough is fully cooked and edges are golden.
Turn to WARM and rest for 10 minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
Serve 1 portion as 1/6 of the total recipe (about 1 large pull-apart piece with sauce).
