Slow Cooker Smothered Chicken Thighs Directions:

Spray the inside of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the boneless skinless chicken thighs in a single slightly overlapping layer in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Whisk together the condensed cream of chicken soup, onion soup mix, and chicken broth in a medium bowl until smooth.
Pour the soup mixture evenly over the chicken thighs.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is very tender.
Use a fork to gently shred some of the chicken thighs in the slow cooker and stir into the sauce.
Let the mixture sit on WARM for 5 to 10 minutes.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
