Slice sausage into 1/2-inch rounds.
Lightly coat a 4–6 quart slow cooker with nonstick spray and add sausage.
In a bowl, whisk beef broth and cream of mushroom soup until combined.
Pour mixture over sausage and stir gently.
Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours or HIGH for 2 to 3 hours until hot and bubbling.
Add dry egg noodles, pressing gently to submerge in liquid.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once halfway, until noodles are tender and sauce thickens.
Stir well before serving and portion into 4 servings (each about 1 1/2 cups).
