Slow Cooker Salmon Directions:
- Line the inside of the slow cooker pot with parchment paper.

- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, or until the salmon is opaque and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 145°F).
- Serve the salmon with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a light salad, and garnish with fresh dill.
