Slow Cooker Reuben Dip Directions:

Lightly coat a 4-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray.
In a large mixing bowl, blend softened fat free cream cheese and light sour cream until completely smooth.
Stir in chopped corned beef, shredded Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, Thousand Island dressing, and caraway seeds if using.
Transfer the mixture to the slow cooker and spread evenly.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour 15 minutes, stirring once after 40 minutes.
Cook until fully melted and bubbling around the edges.
Switch to WARM setting and serve immediately.
