Slow Cooker Foil Pork Chops and Carrots Directions:

Lay out 4 sheets of heavy-duty foil, each about 18 inches long, and lightly fold edges upward.
Whisk Italian dressing and dry seasoning mix in a bowl until combined.
Pat pork chops dry with paper towels.
Divide carrots evenly onto each foil sheet.
Place one pork chop on top of each carrot portion.
Spoon about 1/4 cup dressing mixture over each portion.
Seal foil packets tightly by folding edges securely.
Place packets in slow cooker and cover with lid.
Cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours until pork is tender and carrots are soft.
Carefully remove and open packets away from face to release steam.
