Slow Cooker Foil Pork and Zucchini Directions:

Tear 4 sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil, each 12 to 14 inches long, and fold edges upward slightly to form shallow trays.
Pat pork dry and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks, then place in a bowl and toss with oil.
Divide zucchini evenly among foil sheets in a single layer.
Top with equal portions of pork.
Spoon teriyaki sauce evenly over each portion, coating all ingredients.
Seal foil tightly by folding top and ends securely.
Place packets seam-side up in the slow cooker in a single layer or slightly stacked without compressing.
Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 3 hours until pork is tender.
Rest for 5 minutes before opening carefully.
Serve each packet as one portion (about 1 1/2 cups).
