Slow Cooker Amish Cranberry Chicken Directions:

Place the raw chicken breasts in a single even layer in the bottom of a 4–6 quart slow cooker.
In a medium bowl, combine the reduced sugar whole berry cranberry sauce, dry onion soup mix, and light Catalina dressing, stirring until evenly blended.
Pour the cranberry mixture evenly over the chicken, coating all pieces completely.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 5 hours or on HIGH for 3 hours, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F measured at the thickest part.
For a slightly thicker sauce, remove the lid during the last 20 minutes of cooking on HIGH.
Serve each chicken breast with sauce spooned evenly over the top.
