Slow Cooker Amish Broccoli Chicken Noodles Directions:

Place the diced chicken in an even layer in the bottom of a 5–6 quart slow cooker.
Spread the frozen broccoli evenly over the chicken without stirring.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the condensed soup and chicken broth until smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly over the broccoli and chicken without stirring.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours or on HIGH for 2 1/2–3 hours until the chicken reaches 165°F and broccoli is tender.
Thirty minutes before serving, stir thoroughly to combine and break up the broccoli into smaller pieces.
Add the uncooked egg noodles and press them gently into the liquid so they are mostly submerged.
If needed, add up to 1/2 cup additional broth in 1/4 cup increments until noodles are just covered.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 25–35 minutes, stirring once at the halfway point, until noodles are tender.
Remove the lid and let stand 5 minutes to thicken before serving.
Serve 1 1/2 cups per portion.
