Slow Cooker 6-Ingredient Beef and Macaroni Directions:
Lightly spray a 5–6 quart slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Spread ground beef evenly on the bottom in small pieces.
Add dry macaroni evenly over the beef without stirring.
Whisk marinara sauce, beef broth, and salt until combined.
Pour liquid mixture evenly over the macaroni, pressing lightly so pasta is submerged.
Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 1/2 hours or LOW for 4 1/2 hours.
Stir once halfway through, breaking up beef and mixing gently.
When pasta is tender and beef is fully cooked, turn to WARM.
Add shredded cheese and fold until melted and creamy.
Rest covered for 10 minutes.
Serve 6 portions, each about 1 1/4 cups.
