Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Lemon Cobbler Directions:

Lightly coat the bottom and halfway up the sides of a 4–6 quart slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Spread both cans of no sugar added lemon pie filling evenly in the bottom of the slow cooker.
Sprinkle the dry zero sugar yellow cake mix evenly over the lemon filling without stirring.
Drizzle the melted light butter evenly over the surface, covering as much of the dry mix as possible.
Place a clean kitchen towel under the lid to absorb condensation and cover tightly.
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours 15 minutes or on LOW for 4 hours until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
Turn off the slow cooker and let rest covered for 15 minutes before serving.
Serve warm in 8 equal portions (about 1 cup per serving).
