Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Gravy Pork Chops Directions:

Lightly coat a 6–7 quart slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
In a medium bowl, whisk together both cans of condensed cream of chicken soup and the entire gravy mix packet until completely smooth.
Spread 1/2 cup of the gravy mixture evenly over the bottom of the slow cooker.
Pat the pork chops completely dry with paper towels and trim excess visible fat.
Arrange the pork chops in a mostly single layer inside the slow cooker.
Pour the remaining gravy mixture evenly over the pork chops, covering the tops completely.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours until fork-tender.
Stir the gravy gently to incorporate the cooking juices and create a smooth, thick sauce.
Serve each pork chop with a generous spoonful of gravy over the top.
