Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Cola Ham Directions:
Pat the ham completely dry with paper towels and place it cut-side down in a 6-quart slow cooker.
Trim a small piece off the end if needed so the lid closes fully.
Press the brown sugar evenly over the top and sides of the ham to form a coating.
Pour the cola around the ham into the bottom of the slow cooker without rinsing the sugar off the surface. The liquid should rise 1 to 2 inches up the sides.
Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2 hours until the internal temperature reaches 140°F and the meat pulls apart easily.
Transfer the ham to a cutting board and tent loosely with foil for 10 minutes.
Skim excess fat from the cooking liquid.
Spoon the thickened cola juices over the ham before slicing.
Slice into 16 portions, each approximately 5 oz, and serve warm with additional juices.
