Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient BBQ Pork Ribs Directions:
Line a 6–7 quart slow cooker with heavy-duty aluminum foil, leaving enough overhang to fully wrap the ribs.
Pat the ribs completely dry with paper towels and remove the back membrane if desired.
Cut the rack into 2–3 rib sections to fit evenly inside the slow cooker.
Place the ribs meaty side up inside the foil-lined slow cooker in a mostly single layer.
Whisk together the barbecue sauce and cola in a bowl until fully combined.
Pour the sauce mixture evenly over the ribs, coating all surfaces.
Fold the foil tightly over the ribs and crimp the edges to create a sealed packet.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 5 hours, until the meat pulls easily from the bone.
Carefully open the foil and spoon thickened sauce over the ribs.
Optional: Transfer ribs to a foil-lined baking sheet and broil at 500°F for 4 minutes until edges caramelize.
Serve hot, spooning additional sauce over the top.
