Slow Cooker 3-Ingredient Amish Celery Pork Chops Directions:

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and trim any large loose pieces of fat.
Spread the chopped celery evenly over the bottom of a 5- to 6-quart slow cooker.
Arrange the pork chops on top of the celery in a single layer as evenly as possible.
Spoon the condensed cream of celery soup over the pork chops and spread it gently to cover the meat.
Cover with the lid and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 1/2 to 4 hours, until the pork chops are very tender and the meat easily pulls from the bone.
Transfer the pork chops carefully with a wide spatula or tongs.
Stir the celery and soup together in the slow cooker until smooth and creamy.
Return the pork chops to the gravy or place them on a serving platter and spoon the celery gravy over the top.
Serve hot.
