Sausage and Potato Dinner Directions:
Lightly coat the inside of a 6-quart slow cooker with nonstick spray.
Add the 1/2-inch diced potatoes and 1/2-inch sliced turkey sausage directly into the slow cooker.
Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the mixture and sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
Toss thoroughly inside the slow cooker until all ingredients are evenly coated, then spread into an even layer.
Cover with the lid and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or on LOW for 6 hours.
Potatoes are done when fork-tender and sausage edges are lightly browned.
Stir gently before serving to redistribute juices and seasoning. Serve hot.
