Sausage and Cheese Crescent Rings Directions:

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until fully cooked, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

  • Unroll the crescent dough and arrange the triangles in a circular shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, overlapping the wide ends to form a ring.

  • Sprinkle half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the dough ring near the center.

  • Spread the cooked turkey evenly over the cheese layer.

  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella cheeses over the turkey.

  • Fold the pointed ends of the crescent dough triangles over the filling and tuck them under the center ring to secure.

  • Brush the dough lightly with melted butter or an egg wash if desired.

  • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using).

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent ring is golden brown and fully cooked.

  • Let cool slightly. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.

  • Slice and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
