Pour the almond milk into a small heavy-bottomed saucepan. Add the ground cinnamon and a small pinch of salt.

Warm over low to medium-low heat, stirring often, until the milk is steaming but not boiling.

Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the zero-calorie sweetener until fully dissolved.

If using honey and/or vanilla extract, whisk them in until the milk looks smooth and lightly frothy.
